Sleepwear To Daywear

Dare to wear sleepwear as daywear ?
I have to say it took me a while to find a good pair of comfortable wide legged pants that I can wear almost everyday. Although I found these, I am still on the hunt because these pants aren't exactly "daywear pants". 
These are actually a pair of pajamas that I found at Target haha! And since it's sleepwear, the material is soooOoooo soft and comfy and I can't stop wearing it outside! I don't care if they're pj's! On a random note I LOVE how you can find the most random yet chic stuff in Target or Walmart.

John Frieda US Salon Tour - Los Angeles

The first time I saw this John Frieda salon truck I was just amazed. It's literally a HUGE truck that turns into a super sleek state of the art salon mobile. 
I was excited to get invited for this event as they gave us a free hair consultation / transformation session. 
By the way, big THANK YOU to Cris of MY FASHION JUICE  for inviting me and for introducing me to Teeter =)
We had some waiting time before the transformation because there was a lot of people wanting to get in. So, I had time to look around and observe.



Here's me BEFORE my transformation.


I think my ponytail was too tight, it was giving me a headache.


Finally, my turn! 

Here I am with my cool stylist Tyrone, I asked him about the perfect hair color for me and he compared me to Eva Longoria haha WOW! I like him already. He recommended me to stay with my current hair color ( which is golden brown with amber tones ) and just add more honey tones on the front layers to frame my face more. Then he started working his magic.
  He added John Frieda volumizing spray on my hair and taught me how to blow dry my hair properly to achieve that perfect volume. Viola! No more tight pony tails for me for now.
Now here's my AFTER transformation look. Love my hair!

African Affluence

As I browsing through the racks of Ross, I came across this dress and I was immediately attracted to it.

I love the material, vibrant colors, and how it reminded me of African fashion and the richness of it.

It's a one size fits all type of dress which basically means, it's either stretchy, long and (or) big.

In this case, it's more like looooooonnnngggg and BIG.

So I decided to try it on to see it on me. 

Well let's just say I looked I was drowning in it since I'm so tiny,  

but that didn't stop me from getting it since I know I can style it different ways.

Here's what I came  up with.
